How was your weekend?
I usually don't go out, just stay in the warm comfy room whole day during the
weekend.
But I bestirred myself and did some exercise on last Sunday, since I decided to do
1-hour walk during the weekend for....my health. :D
Where I live is Tokyo but far from the central Tokyo, so there are so many natures.
I can enjoy feeling the fresh air and green during the walk.
Well, My new blog series is going to be "Optional service of Business Garden".
Our basic plan for renting the serviced office include...
1. Dedicated telephone number
2. Telephone answering service
3. Mail and fax receiving
4. Utilities
5. Internet
6. Cleaning up of the common area
If you would like to customize the use of your office, there are many optional service
you can add!
The first one I will introduce is...."External Phone Line".
You will have your own phone number and the phone machine is already set up.
but that phone line is only for incoming call.
Many of our customers use their own cell phone to call back the phone.
If you would like to use land line for calling back, you can add this as the
optional service!
If you add this service, you can also forward your incoming call directly to your cell phone!
To apply for this service, you will need
1. 30,000 yen of deposit (you will have a full refund when you stop the service)
2. 4,200 yen for installing fee (just one time)
3. 2,100 yen for monthly fee
4. Actual expense for making calls.
That's it!
There are a lot more optional services to make your use of our office better!
