I had a substitute day off yesterday, so it was a long weekend : )
I hope you all had a great weekend too!
On last Saturday, I went to my friend's house in Takao for a Halloween girls' night : )
We cooked a seafood paella, a Bagna cauda, a Spanish omelet, and an olive salad.
We picked some of the vegetables from her garden and they were super fresh and tasty!
We also had a lot of pumpkins to celebrate a bit early Halloween : )
