Nabe(hotpot)

Hi,this is Sakura from Shinjuku Business Garden.

It's difficult to wake up on cold mornings...

On a cold winter day,I need something to warm!

So I had pork soup-nabe with my friends the other day.

Nabe is one of my favorite winter meal.

It's like stew and is popular in Japan especially in this season.

The ingredients of nabe were pork,shimeji mushroom,cabbage,green onion,tofu and carrot.

And main dish was ramen noodles.It matches with the soup and tasted really good!
