My recent favourites! Akamoku (Sargassum)

Hi, This is Ryoko from Shimbashi Business Garden.

Do you like Japanese foods?

I introduce you the rare food which is shown on TV the other day.
Akamoku (Sargassum) is a kind of seaweeds.
It has no taste but very light and sticky, so it's good to eat with some other flavours.

I really LOVE this!!

*My recipe*

Shredded raw squid
Natto (fermented soybeans)
Akamoku (Sargassum)
Hishio (if you have), or Soy sauce

1. Dip shredded raw squid into Hishio and wait at least 2 hours.
2. Mix all ingredients!

Why don't you try it?

See you on next Wednesday.

Ryoko
