some mushroom simmered in olive oil with garlic and salt.
Its so simple but so yummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmy!!!
and this is " tortilla de patata "
Its really really simple!
potato omelette!!
Its only used potato and egg!!!
and you can eat with this white sauce named "Alioli"
Its mayonnaise with garlic!!!!!
Now you can realize that Spanish food used so much garlic
And WE LOVE IT !!!!!!
